Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain types of items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods, digital products, and personalized/custom items.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at Contact@ferraon.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

Refunds

  • Send us clear pictures highlighting the issue in the product.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at Contact@ferraon.com.

Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
